Set Up Sizes for Your Product

InkyBay’s product size feature lets you offer multiple product sizes (both standard variations & custom measurements) and price them dynamically. Your customers can select from predefined sizes.

You can manage product sizes in two ways:

  1. While creating custom products, scroll down to Product Sizes.

  2. Or, Navigate to Products > Product Sizes

How to manage product sizes for custom products

Step 1: Navigate to the Create a Custom Product option.

After navigating, scroll and find the Product Sizes. Here, you create and choose a suitable product size set for each product. Key settings are:

(1) Size Category - You get three product size categories, including:

  • Open Sizes: Allows customers to enter any sizes here

  • Adult Sizes: This is the adult size category. There are some predefined sizes already set in this category. You can select from them or create a new size set,

  • Youth Sizes: Dedicated, separate size categories for children’s products.

(2) Available Size Set - Select available size sets by clicking the drop-down menu.

(3) Display Size - This will show the available sizes for the selected set.

(4) Edit Set / New Size Set: Click on Edit Set to edit any existing size set, and click on + New SizeSet to create a size set from scratch.

Step 2: Create a new size set.

(1) Size Set Name - Insert a Size Set name (here, we added T-shirt as the size set name for a t-shirt product).

(2) Size Title - Insert the Size Title (e.g., small, medium, or large) and the Added Price for that particular size (e.g., 2.50 for a large size).

(3)+ Add Size - Click the +Add Size button to create an additional size (e.g., expand the size range to XL, 2XL, 3XL, and so on).

(4) Reorder - Click and drag this dotted icon to organize sizes as you wish.

(5) Delete - Delete any size by clicking on the red trash icon.

(6) Create - Click the Create button to save and create the new size set.

All is set! After clicking on the create button, the size set will automatically be assigned to your product.

Size set created from product sizes

You can also create a size set from the product sizes section. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to products >Product Sizes.

Step 2: You will get access to all available sizes. From here, you can:

  1. Select category: Select the size category to see tha available size set of that category and create a new size in that category.

  2. Edit size set: You can edit an existing size set by clicking on the edit icon.

  3. Duplicate size set: By clicking on the duplicate icon, you can duplicate any size set.

  4. Delete size set: Click on the trash icon to delete the size set. For some size sets, you may see that the trash icon is disabled. If the trash icon is disabled, you can not delete the size set because the size set is already assigned to a product.

  5. +Add a new size set: By following the same process described above, you can create a new size set.

You can assign this newly created size to your product from the drop-down inside product setup.
