Who will fulfill our orders?

InkyBay does not handle order fulfillment directly. All orders are fulfilled by you (the merchant) or by your connected print-on-demand (POD) or fulfillment provider.

Once a customer places an order, you can download the customer’s design files and order details from the InkyBay app, then send them to your fulfillment or POD provider for production, and ship to the customer.
